Updates for October 2025

As we near the end of 2025, we are rolling out the final updates for this year. October's updates focused on simplifying operations, enhancing flexibility and providing you with deeper control on how the system acts on the sales floor and beyond.

• Automated Gift Receipt Handling

Smarter, faster, more seamless checkout.

You can now configure your POS to automatically separate items from one sale into different gift receipts, without manual action. This streamlines gifting transactions and reduces time at the counter.

• Second Description Field on Stock Items

More details where you need them.

A new Second Description field has been added to the Stock Items card, allowing you to maintain an additional layer of product information. You can print this on the client’s receipt when needed, giving you flexibility for multilingual text, detailed specifications, or promotional notes.

• Custom Variant Family Naming

Tailor variant structures your way.

We’ve enhanced Custom Stock Variant Options so you can now define unique variant names per Variant Family. For example, “Custom Variant 1” for Family A can be called Scent, while for Family B it might be Type. This makes variant data clearer and more intuitive for your business setup.

• Expanded User Group Permissions

Specific and detailed control for better visibility management.

New permission settings let you define which stock item details are visible per user group. Whether it’s pricing, cost, or other sensitive information, you now have precise control over what each user can see.
