Updates for June 2025

June has brought with it many new and exciting updates to XtraPOS Cloud, varying from enhanced import tools to smarter dashboard features and upgrades to the mobile app. Here’s a full list of the updates:

Full Supported Excel File Imports

In addition to supporting CSV file imports, you can now also choose to upload an Excel file instead. This simplifies data entry, such as that of customer that and online product details, leading to less time spent of manual tasks.

Enhancements to the Dashboard

Customise your visibility in order to stay focused on what you need.

Widget Management – Choose the widgets you would like to display/hide according to your preferences.

New Widgets for Gift Vouchers – Gain insights instantly via new widgets to track gift vouchers you have issued/have been redeemed.

Improvement to the Loyalty Module

Ensure fairness and transparency with reward collection by disallowing new loyalty points from being rewarded when a customer pays using redeemed points. This ensures circular rewards are avoided loyalty programs remain sustainable.

Enhancements to our Mobile App (available for Android)

Acknowledgement Sound When Scanning – Receive feedback on whether or not your scan was successful via the new audio alerts.

Status Updates To Bulk Items – Activate/deactivate multiple items easily with one action, ensuring proper item management on your mobile device.
