XtraPOS Cloud is a constantly evolving system and with constant updates happening behind the scenes, you can rest assured that the system you are using is up to date and in optimal condition for your business needs.

Here’s what’s new in the latest version of XtraPOS Cloud:

Price Embedded Barcode Support

For clients selling items by weight, such as butchers, produce shops, etc., XtraPOS Cloud now fully supports price embedded barcodes. This means if you weight and price your products as they are being packaged, the system can now read the embedded price or weight immediately from the barcode, without any manual entry.

Smarter Product Label Printing

Label printing for large product catalogues has become simple with batch printing according to date of creation or most recent modification. With this feature, you can generate the necessary labels without having to individually select each product.

Rich Online Descriptions with XtraPOS Cloud

Create custom product descriptions directly via XtraPOS Cloud. Add new or edit existing product descriptions and use bullet points, paragraphs and various styles to match these descriptions to your business aesthetic.

Introducing ‘Addon Products’

One option to boost sales is to create product bundles, something which is now

available via the ‘Addon Products’ feature. Using this feature, you can add complimentary items or extras to an already existing product, thereby creating desirable bundles for customers and boosting business sales.

New Integration: QuickBooks Online

Joining the integration lineup is QuickBooks Online by Intuit, a financial platform

which provides accurate reporting and reduces manual data transfers between your POS and accounting systems.

These updates are part of an initiative to keep up with the ever changing retail

landscape in order for retailers to utilise these changes to their benefit, rather than struggle to keep up.

Stay tuned for further updates in the future and contact us for more information.
