Following our January automation release, February brings another powerful set of enhancements to XtraPOS Cloud. Item Availability Explorer: Multi-Outlet Visibility at a Glance


Managing stock across multiple outlets just became easier. Our new gallery-style Item Availability Explorer provides instant visibility of product availability across one or multiple locations.


With simple filters for Category, Type, and Department, you can quickly review item specifications, compare availability, and make faster stock decisions, all from one intuitive interface.


Enhanced Payments Reporting for Greater Accuracy


We’ve upgraded the Payments Report with advanced filtering and grouping options. These enhancements make it easier to:


  • Analyse incoming and outgoing payments

  • Reconcile transactions more efficiently

  • Generate clearer financial insights


The result? Smarter reporting and better financial control.


Improved Supplier Invoice Reporting


Procurement tracking is now more powerful with the addition of Supplier Group filters in the Supplier Invoices report. This allows you to:


  • Filter invoices by supplier categories

  • Monitor vendor performance

  • Strengthen purchasing analysis


A simple improvement that delivers clearer oversight of your supply chain.


Full Integration with BCRS


XtraPOS Cloud now fully integrates with the BCRS system, enabling:


  • Bottle deposit collection at point of sale

  • Seamless redemption of empty bottle vouchers

  • Simplified environmental compliance


This ensures your business is ready to meet regulatory requirements while delivering a smooth customer experience at checkout.


Stronger Customer Engagement Tools


We’ve also introduced new automation features to help drive loyalty and promotional tracking:


Birthday Coupon Automation Automatically assign birthday coupons to customers, limited to one per client, helping you encourage repeat visits and strengthen relationships.


Automatic Sales Tags Sales Tags can now be applied automatically when a coupon is redeemed, improving promotional tracking, reporting accuracy, and campaign visibility.


These February 2026 enhancements are now live on your XtraPOS Cloud portal.
