We’re thrilled to share the latest round of exciting enhancements for July, designed to give you more control, flexibility, and efficiency in managing your inventory—whether you're in the back office or on the move.

This month we are introducing you to the latest updates to XtraPOS Cloud focused on better inventory control, wherever you are.

Enhanced Stock Card Upgrades To Our Web App

Easily clone existing items – Entire variant families (including different colours and sizes) can now be easily cloned at once.

Synchronisation within the same variant family – When one item is changed, the rest of that item’s variations can be automatically updated. You only need to use this feature if you want to, ensuring you’re in control over what syncs and what doesn’t.

Custom fields across all of your inventory workflows – You can now include and manage custom item detail fields across areas such as purchase orders, stock takes and stock adjustments.

New stock catalogue printing – export your own stock catalogue, formatted to your liking and including images, to PDF or Excel and utilise it internally or share with partners.

Advanced stock search – utilise the refined filtering tools to search across several material numbers and find what you need even faster.

New Features To Our Mobile App

We have now added a specific screen for goods received via a GRV or purchase order

Receive from multiple points – utilising handheld devices at different locations, you can scan and receive items. From there, the singular master document is being updated in the back office, ensuring consistency and less errors in the field.
