December 2025 marks one of the largest and most significant releases in the history of XtraPOS Cloud. With powerful new capabilities across POS, mobile, loyalty, reporting, stock control, purchasing, and payroll preparation, retailers have now gained more control, deeper insight and faster daily workflows.
From mobile-driven operations to advanced profitability analysis and smarter promotions, this release sets a strong foundation for what is coming this new year.
Mobile Label Printing
Faster shelf management, anywhere.
Labels can now be printed directly from the mobile app, making shelf scanning, price checks, and relabelling quicker and more flexible without needing to return to a fixed workstation.
Advanced Loyalty Rules & Levels
More control, more meaningful rewards.
Loyalty points earned and redeemed can now include or exclude specific Departments, Categories, and Brands
Introduced Loyalty Levels, allowing multipliers per Customer Group for both earning and redemption
This enables highly targeted loyalty strategies that reward the customers who matter most.
Mobile Goods Receiving (Even Beyond the PO)
Receive stock on the go.
Goods can now be received via the mobile app, including:
Items not listed on the original Purchase Order
Goods not yet linked to a GRV
Perfect for partial deliveries, substitutions, or last-minute supplier changes.
Expanded Reporting Power
Deeper insight, clearer decisions.
New and enhanced reports include:
Payments Multi-Filter Report now showing payment references
Customer Insight Report by Profile, enabling consent-based customer data extraction for marketing purposes
Supplier Invoice Tracking Report with multiple filters under Stock Reports
Enhanced Stock Replenishment Reporting, driven by sales history and par levels for smarter restocking

Improved Cost & Profit Visibility
More accurate margins, better control.
Sales Multi-Filter Report can now calculate cost and GP% using Standard Unit Cost (as at Date of Sale) when actual cost is unavailable
Purchase Order and GRV screens now provide:
Clear margin analysis per product
Comparison across price lists and price levels
Minimum profit % filtering
Departmental settings can now allow users to modify default stock costs, ideal for:
Consignment stock
Third-party owned items
GP% tracking without affecting stock valuation
Enhanced Item & Variant Visibility
More clarity across transactions.
Item search across Purchase Orders and stock transactions now displays variant details
Custom Variant fields can now be shown across:
Stock transaction grids

Sales views
This improves accuracy and reduces ambiguity when working with complex product ranges.
Smarter Promotions
More flexibility at the point of sale.
A new POS Promotion type has been introduced, allowing:
Multiple cheapest items to be discounted
Or provided free of charge
This opens the door to more creative, high-impact promotional strategies.
Label Printing for Inactive Items
Better housekeeping, fewer workarounds.
Labels can now be printed for items marked as Inactive, making stock audits, legacy items, and warehouse organisation far easier.
User Timesheets for Payroll Preparation
Turn POS activity into payroll-ready data. User Timesheets are now available, based on POS session logins, with support for:
Multiple chains and outlets
Users logging in and out across different locations
Identification of missing logouts
